This customer hired us to replace the upper roof portion of their home and install (2) new skylights where the existing ones were. When we first went to their home and did our evaluation, we revealed there was a decent amount of mold in the plywood decking. After we replaced that plywood, we also sprayed existing rafters/trusses with a 50/50 bleach water solution to kill any mold in those areas. After that, we installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Heather Blend color. We also installed a DCI "Smart Vent" that will provide adequate intake airflow to work in conjunction with the ridge vent to prevent any mold issues in the future. For this project, we removed (1) the existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck, except for the rear porch section of the home. The customer wanted to upgrade to CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles and chose the lovely Weathered Wood color. Getting a new roof doesn't just increase your home value, but it also gives your house a fresh new look while boosting curb appeal to your neighborhood.

This customer hired us to do a multi-service home exterior project. First we removed (1) existing layer of roofing dow to the wood deck, replaced any damaged/rotted wood and installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Moire Black. Then we removed the existing gutters and downspouts and installed 5" aluminum "K" style gutters and 2" x 3" and 3" x 4" downspouts in the designated areas. Then the last part of the project was replacing the dormer siding. We removed (1) the existing layer of aluminum siding down to the sheathing and installed white CertainTeed Mainstreet Siding. We love when we have an existing customer who calls and asks for more work to be done to their house! While we did their roof a few years ago, they recently called us and asked if we would replace their existing pent roof with a larger custom-built one. For this project, we installed an Everlast 26 gauge standing seam roof in black with a gable in the center over the door that extends about 60" from the home. We also made sure to match the vinyl soffit/ceiling and siding that is currently on the house.
