For this project, we removed any existing layers of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck and replaced any damaged/rotted plywood. We replaced it with CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles in Charcoal Black. Then we removed and replaced the 6" K-style gutters in white. For all of our shingle roof replacements, we offer a 15-year O'Donnell Roofing Co. Workmanship Warranty and then a CertainTeed 40-year Limited Lifetime Warranty.

For this shingle roof replacement, we removed one existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck and replaced any damaged/rotted wood. Then, we installed CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles in the Pewterwood color. We also added in the proper ventilation and new flashings with aluminum or copper (around the chimney) where appropriate.

We were hired to replace the roof and gutters on this home in Wynnewood, PA. We removed (2) existing layers of roofing down to the wood deck and replaced any damaged/rotted plywood before we installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Colonial Slate. Then we removed the existing gutters and downspouts and replaced them 5" seamless aluminum "K" style gutters, hangers spaced evenly at 30" apart, and then 3" x 4" aluminum downspouts. I had wall damage in my kitchen from a leak that a bathroom vent pipe on my roof may have contributed to. O'Donnell came and replaced the collars on two vent pipes. Because of the age of my home (it was built in 1926) they had to special order new collars that would fit. They did very professional work and communicated the issue well.
