I live in Warren County and had a local roofer come out and give me an outrageous price to replace my roof. I have between a 2,500 to 3,000 sq ft roof. The local roofer came out and quoted 25k for a replacement and used high pressure tactics along with promises of a discount if I gave them a good review after they completed the job.
