Stephen came out and gave my wife an estimate and told her he would come back when I got home from work to explain everything to me as well. Stephan did come back to the house at 6:30 at night and went over everything again. We signed the contract and we were updated weekly with the estimate time for the new roof to be installed. They showed up on time for right to work and the mess was all cleaned up like nothing happened. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Office staff, Megan, was very friendly and professional. John Frisbie came and inspected and quoted the job. John answered all my question and explained everything in detail. I felt very comfortable with the job ahead after John left.

John did a very thorough roof inspection. He even went into attic to see the condition of plywood. He took his time explaining what I needed and went over the different options. He took pictures of the roof when he did the inspection. On the day of the roof replacement, the crew was on time and did an excellent job. They had one worker cleaning up as the crew was working on the roof. I would recommend this company.
