John Frisbie came to check what our roof was going to need. Ha actually took the time to come by twice. Once with me and my son in law then to go over it again with my husband and I.John explained everything straight out and simple, showed us materials that would be used and did a complete check of roof and attic. O’Leary has been consistently reliable across a complete roof replacement and follow up. Recently we discovered a water stain on the ceiling and Adolfo and Kyle were able to quickly come, inspect the whole roof, and diagnose the problem as an issue with an exhaust pipe and cap it off. I very much appreciated the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the O’Leary team.

We chose O’Leary Construction because we knew two other people that had used them, both of them gave us high praises about their experiences. After scheduling an estimate Stephen was very helpful in explaining the process from the products used, to the time of installation and the thorough follow up from the office on our scheduled date (which came earlier than originally expected ).
