John did a very thorough roof inspection. He even went into attic to see the condition of plywood. He took his time explaining what I needed and went over the different options. He took pictures of the roof when he did the inspection. On the day of the roof replacement, the crew was on time and did an excellent job. They had one worker cleaning up as the crew was working on the roof. I would recommend this company.

After Hurrican Ida showed us that our roof had some leaks and rotted decking, we contacted several roofers in the area, but few responded. O'Leary Roofing answered our call for help and were able to come out, inspect the roof, offer proposals and get the work scheduled as soon as they could. John Frisbie came to check what our roof was going to need. Ha actually took the time to come by twice. Once with me and my son in law then to go over it again with my husband and I.John explained everything straight out and simple, showed us materials that would be used and did a complete check of roof and attic. O’Leary has been consistently reliable across a complete roof replacement and follow up. Recently we discovered a water stain on the ceiling and Adolfo and Kyle were able to quickly come, inspect the whole roof, and diagnose the problem as an issue with an exhaust pipe and cap it off. I very much appreciated the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the O’Leary team.
