From the minute I called to make a appointment for an estimate, I received terrific customer care. It was above and beyond what I had expected . I received an email confirming my appointment along with a picture with the name of who would be coming so I would recognize them. John Frisbie completed a comprehensive inspection of the existing roof and then had a clear presentation to explain how our install would go and what products will be used as well as the guarantees.
