Professional and ontime. The sales person explained warranties clearly, and the advantages of GAF products. I love the fact that I can transfer the warranty if I sell, but I hope to live my retirement under this lifetime roof. Wish I could say better thing because Scott who came to assess our job was very nice. However, he promised to call us that afternoon after he talked to his boss about the job and 1) He did not call 2) Sent an email the next day saying they could not take the job. No phone call.
