So rare to find an honest business these days that isn't trying to upsell customers. We called O'leary Roofing for a roof inspection on a home we recently purchased in East Stroudsburg with a roof of unknown age or condition. We were able to schedule an appointment within the same week, and John showed up on time on the agreed day. Professional and ontime. The sales person explained warranties clearly, and the advantages of GAF products. I love the fact that I can transfer the warranty if I sell, but I hope to live my retirement under this lifetime roof. The took advantage of an opening in their schedule to see if installation day could be moved ahead a couple of weeks. Great opportunity. They gently removed my Leafilter gutter guards which were under lifetime warranty and now can be reinstalled preserving that warrant...Read more
