I had my entire roof redone, and two skylights placed. The O'lyn team, I forgot to leave the piece, allowing me to open my two installed skylights. While I didn't notice that it was missing until the summer came (about a year later), I expected them to be more helpful and at least responsive. I have called them several times and no one has called me back or helped me in any way.
The staff performed all necessary work and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately they were working on a flat roof during 90ā+ days but they worked 10-12 hours a day to get the job done. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. I also appreciated one of the managers coming out to inspect and take care of any minor issues that arose. Iām very happy with the outcome
i didn't use them but i was very impressed with their professionalism and thrownness in regards to the estimate given for my roof, if i were planning to stay in the house more then the next few years i would definitely use O'Lyn roofing. they were not the cheapest but they were the most throw and offered insight the others didn't.
