O'Lyn did the work on time and charged the price agreed. No surprise billing. Extra cost for replacing rotten boards was explained earlier. Every question I had was answered. The contractors cleaned up at the end of every day. The foreman was courteous and professional. He came in everyday to make sure I was happy with the progress and standard of the work.
