The O'lyn company was professional from the first introduction of their excellent website to the excellent in-person presentation by Justin of their products and services. We chose them based on both of those excellent first impressions and were pleased with the follow through excellent work and craftsmanship as they worked with our many skylights and small details. The roofers were pleasant, respectful and professional.
Opened up my soffit vents. Workers were very polite and professional, seem to have done a good job. Did a reasonable job of cleaning up after. They picked up and used a leaf blower, but still found some nails laying around and sawdust in the window sills. They were running very far behind schedule (months later than original estimated date completion), possibly due to pandemic. Not a perfect experience, but I'd still use them again and I would recommend them.
Hands down the BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN BOSTON….Their customer service team is personable and very helpful. With all the rain, they wanted to make sure we got an appointment as soon as possible. The repairman found the problem and in an hour the roof was repaired just hours before the next rain began. Very grateful and recommend them highly.
