Even though we did not end up working with O'Lyn for our project (ended up being a different need), Bob G was extremely helpful and professional. He worked with us on determining what would be needed and advice on how we should do the work the right way and not the fast/cheapest way. My parents had a company come out to add insulation to their attic. They did a sloppy job and I was worried about my parents ventilation. I called O'lyn Roofing, Norwood, MA for a venting estimate. Thank you Bob Goddard and the rest of your team. Bob was prepared, explained everything, and went into attic and found the issue. 1/2 of the attic ventilation was out of order, prepared estimate in his van, and presented to my parents. From start to finish, O'Lyn was great. I have a small flat-roof 90yr old garage that came with my recently purchased condo in terrible shape including leaking. John came by to give an honest opinion on the rough shape and plan to repair it in a very timely manner. From there the new roof was scheduled, permitted, and fixed quickly. It wasn't cheap but the finished roof looks amazing and I've been able to save the garage, hopefully for another 90yrs (ok, at least 15!).
