Great service and Monica made the process easy. On the day of install, the install team (Michael, Matt & Skylar) were on time, professional and answered all our questions. We are happy with our doors.
Edit: I spent over $11,000. During installation, their installer Mike was rude and extremely aggressive with me. He made a terrible scene outside my home and when one of the owners (Mitch) and his assistant (Monika) came, they tried to defuse the situation and then I received a text the next morning when an employee was meant to come and finish the work and asked me to give a 5 star review even though she knew I was greatly affected by what happened the day before. Ordered all new interior doors for our home. It took a bit longer to get them than all expected but Covid has everything backed up. That said Monika was great about keeping us updated and Michael and Matt were all over the installation. Doors look and work fantastic.
