About 1 year ago, Denny came out in regards to a leaking bathroom exhaust fan - in both upstairs bathrooms. He noticed a sag in the flex tubing exhaust. He thought the water might not have been escaping, and instead, pooled up causing a belly in the flex tubing. Over time, he wondered if the water released back toward the fan and settled in around the fan, causing staining on the ceiling. He fixed it but said that may not be the root cause but to reach back out if the problem seemed to get worse... Read more
