We needed a new roof and called One Time Construction because they had done other work for us and we were always satisfied.As for the roof, it had black mold on the boards in our attic and the fans were not vented properly. We again worked with Will and found the price to be fair. They crew worked almost 3 days on the roof and cleaned up every day. They were always on time and worked very hard.
