Opal just installed our new ProVia front door. A few years ago, I had someone else install sliders and it was a complete customer support nightmare. Opal Enterprises was the opposite. During the entire sales, ordering, scheduling, and installation process everyone was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Opal was also great at keeping me informed every step through the process and basically took care of everything. I highly recommend Opal.

Great ‘Opal’ experience. Replaced windows in three phases…upstairs, main floor back, and then main floor front. From Jesse, Project Consultant; to Jack, Project Manager; to working with two Installation Teams; and finishing with paint touchups by Jose…extremely happy with our newly installed Kolbe Windows and ProVia Door.

I had 5 windows replaced using Opal. The original visit from the salesman went very well and sold me on being able to replace the windows as is but with a much higher quality product. He spec’s out the windows and I signed the contract on the same day Later another manager visited to verify measurements and ensure that the project would go smoothly. During installation, I noted that the windows didn’t match the others style as it didn’t include the grids. Nothing was said by the installers.... Read more
