As a contractor, Opal was efficient and attentive, from sales person to project managers to skilled labor. Their subcontractors did a very nice job with the work, were very polite, and didn’t leave a mess behind. The project took longer than anticipated, and I did feel that they were rushing at the end because the caulking, which was the last step, is not pretty sloppy looking. But overall, I am very pleased with the new look of the front of my house (new windows, shutters, and storm door).
