We found their staff courteous and helpful in choosing our products and suggesting ways to enhance the project. Opal recently installed new siding on our home. The installers were courteous and did an outstanding job. We had some areas where some window sills were getting soft and they were able to cap them with aluminum. The sales rep Kurt was very thorough in his explanation of all of the available options. We look forward to working with Opal when it comes time to replace our windows.
