When we decided to replace our windows we did a lot of research. Ultimately we came to Opal Enterprises. We worked with Ryan and he walked us through all the pros and cons of the different types of windows and was extremely helpful. The installation team was great and very professional. There was good communication throughout the process. They did a great job and we are very pleased. I would gladly recommend Opal to anyone contemplating this type of project.

From initial contact and consultancy / bid request; through pre-start date communications; throughout installation, including clear explanations of work and prompt responses to queries and change requests and, finally, post-completion follow up. All staff members - sales, office, installers, project manager - friendly, responsive and professional. Everything that one would ask for from a contractor undertaking major work on one's home.
The front entry door we purchased looks awesome and definitely gives our home a more elegant presence. The service from Opal Ent. was much much better than good but just short of great. Communication while we were waiting for door to be manufactured could have been better and we might have been able to avoid a miscommunication with keying the new lock to existing home keys.
