We had Opal replace siding with Hardy board, as well as gutters. Professional, conscientious, clean, quality work. While the project last a bit longer than anticipated, we understood why. The work crew was terrific--showed up when they said they would and worked hard. Dan did a nice job on the quotation process and helping to educate us on the options and issues. We had Opal replace the Stucco board on the second story of out Tudor home. It looks great. They neighbors have even commented on how good the James Hardy cement board looks. There was some delay on the start date due to the material not arriving, but we were kept advised of the delay as soon as it happened. We've waited several rainstorms to write this review about our roof replacement. Everything looks right as rain! We bid out to several west chicago-land companies and Opal was the one we kept comparing each one to. Our sales consultant Dan gave us an extensive education about roofing repair, to a point we couldn't believe somebody knew the entire process from A to Z. A few years ago we had Opal install vinyl siding on our house. They did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The work ethic of the installers was great; they got to work and finished on time. I still tell people about them and how they only took a short lunch break. Opal will always be on my future bid list.
