Cathy, I want to personally thank you for this review. You and I came to know each other because you reached out after experiencing a remodeling "bump in the road" with your window project in 2016. Together, you and I were able to discuss the concern and make sure that the project was put right back on path. I cannot stress enough that remodeling a home means disrupting personal spaces, schedules and there are so many unknowns that come into play. Add in the human factor of contractors and office staff...and well, you had better have processes and procedures in place to help the homeowner when needed, or you end up acting like a messy business that so many of us are exposed to daily. We are not perfect, but yes, we absolutely care about your home and your remodeling experience! Thank you again Cathy for trusting us a 2nd time with your valuable Wheaton home!
