I have to say I have had an extremely poor experience. It all start with the sales process. I had requested rotten wood to be replaced when the roof was replaced. I was told by the sales person that it had to get approved by the shop or something that pulls the materials to complete this request. At no point was I informed the rotten wood was not going to be included when the job was completed. Opal does a truly standout job with exceptional attention to detail. We had our roof and front gutters replaced on our Naperville home. Jason, our main contact, did an excellent job of talking us through the options available, from roofing materials to gutter guards.

Opal installed James Hardie siding in addition to redoing the Sofitel and fascia. Great selection to choose from and came out on the day they stated. Excellent job done and it looks great. Had some minor cosmetic concerns and they were out the next day to take care of. Zach and his crew finished faster then expected . Had a number of people walk by had say it looked gook.
