In 2016 we remodeled your gorgeous Naperville home with James Hardie siding in the color: Evening Blue. You also chose 3/8" insulation, soffit and new gutters to go with your siding improvement project. We at Opal Enterprises knows that such a significant project like this takes time and thoughtfulness before decisions can be acted upon. Ryan and the entire Opal Enterprises team is honored that you chose to work with us! Your home looks amazing as we took it from a dated beige-yellow to a BOLD BLUE! The front entry door we purchased looks awesome and definitely gives our home a more elegant presence. The service from Opal Ent. was much much better than good but just short of great. Communication while we were waiting for door to be manufactured could have been better and we might have been able to avoid a miscommunication with keying the new lock to existing home keys. Wonderful Andersen Window - Opal customers! I say it all the time over and over....but remodeling ONLY works when both the contractor and the homeowner are communicative and committed to the success of the chosen project. I can tell from the photos of your project...that not everything went 100% smooth...but we were given the chance to listen to you and to make corrections and that is vital! I can see you spoke with Ty in our office very often about your chosen stain and about when your project would be scheduled. I see Ty was your go-to when you had interior finish concerns and I am pleased to the stars that she was able to address your concerns with the help of Amanda, Luke and Miro! If I could give 10 stars I would! Tara and her team are top notch! They went above and beyond the call, to make sure that I was satisfied with the job that they completed on my rental property in Naperville. They did a new roof that looks simply amazing, new windows that are saving a ton on energy costs, and new James Hardie siding. My house looks like new, and is the jewel of the block. My neighbors are all jealous. Thanks Opal!!!
