Based on the previous reviews, I didn’t think for a second about my 10 windows not being installed correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Just multiple installing errors committed by the team such as windows not being waterproofed properly, damage to my exterior paint, caulking gaps, and bent cladding. Overall, just an unprofessional finish job. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that after I voiced my concerns to the owner and project manager. They did come out and acknowledge... Read more

Jacob, we highly value you and understand where your frustrations have come from. Opal completes 350+ project installs each year and inevitably because our installations teams are made up of humans...human errors will happen on approximately 3-5 projects each year. What makes Opal Enterprises stand out is that we never turn our backs on anyone and we work hard to correct mistakes made. Thank you for being communicative and flexible with us while we made all the needed corrections. Your new windows are covered by your lifetime labor warranty that we provide. Your project was installed by Opal installers that are relatively young and while we were hesitant to have such young men on our production team, Opal is and was willing to help guide and coach them and groom them into being expert installers like our base group is. Our project managers are highly experienced and are employees. We hate when we make mistakes, but we guarantee that we will never ever walk away without the project being flawless like our window manufactures and homeowners want.
