Opal was professional from the initial project discussion through installation. I especially appreciated the no pressure and transparent estimate process. Significant time was spent discussing our wish list, reviewing options, and separating our full wish list into 2 groupings. We ended up limiting the project to 2 bay windows and front door replacement. The cost estimate came in a little under my initial expectations and we felt great about the materials and quality of the install crew.

Opal Enterprises is simply the best. Fair price, superior work, and people who are professional. We had a medical emergency and had to reschedule our installation. Opal was sympathetic and worked with us. Our windows were installed and the guys did an excellent job, were careful and clean when working indoors and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Opal did an incredible job replacing our front door with sidelights and French doors that lead to a porch. The salesman was informative, and not pushy, unlike others like the Pella team. I was amazed how fast they were able to get the doors in from the time we ordered, especially because they had to be custom sized. Their price was very reasonable. The sales rep was excellent and had knowledge of all the products. We had them come out for for siding and expected a siding guy. We ended up going with a new storm and front door. The work crew was respectful and done with the install in 2 hours.
