This is our third project over 7 years involving over 45 windows, a custom front entrance door and two other custom patio doors and screen/storm doors. Our experience has been excellent from day. Project scope; Opal Enterprises replaced (16) double-hung windows (1) sliding patio door, and (1) front entryway door all as a full-frame replacement. These were all 25-year-old original builder-grade Hurd windows that had become drafty, some inoperable, and some with damaged seals on the double-pane glass. Front door installed on 7/7/25 turned out great. If you get a slider door from this company, ask *a lot* of questions upfront about how high the sill will be (the part you step over) and compare it to what is currently in your house.

We will be contacting you as we do feel we can come up with a solution for your new patio door. There are a few nuances with your home that we would like to speak to you about and make a re-installation easier for your mother and family! We value you as our customer! Addition: Customer and office have spoken and a solution of a different installation method will be used to make this door more functional for the home!
