Air leakage, water leakage and ice leakage after install. The door was installed 8 months ago. We have contacted the company many times and they say the install is done right that we are not closing our French door properly. I have had a French door in my previous home and never had any ice or air leakage problems for the 10 years I lived there. Opal needs to take ownership on their awful installation of our French door and fix the problem. Be ware before using this company for your door needs.

Visited the Opal store to see the doors and picked the Provia doors from Opal Enterprises. Staff took time to review the spec & placed the order. Things just went wrong after order was handed to operations team! Months and months of delays, the first install appointment was a dud, door arrived damaged on the truck. The entire experience from start to finish was first class. Igor really took his time to explain the product, the price and the installation process. The installation crew was very professional and cordial. They answered every single question I had from start to finish, while providing a flawless installation. I will use Opal again in the future without hesitation.
