Although the manufacturing of the windows took a bit longer than expected, but the installation was seamless. Professional service start to finish. Sales rep (Jesse) was helpful with tips and recommendations but not pushy. Opal was professional from the initial project discussion through installation. I especially appreciated the no pressure and transparent estimate process. Significant time was spent discussing our wish list, reviewing options, and separating our full wish list into 2 groupings. We ended up limiting the project to 2 bay windows and front door replacement. The cost estimate came in a little under my initial expectations and we felt great about the materials and quality of the install crew.
