After being told by two other companies that we couldn't get what we wanted (French doors), Opal made it happen. Opal Windows and Jose did a fantastic job! The installation process was quick and efficient. A couple of my windows had minor issues post-installation, but Jack (the Project Manager) and Jose responded promptly to diagnose and fix them. Turns out, it was just some settling, and a quick heat gun adjustment did the trick. Great service, great team—I’ll definitely be going with Opal again when I update the rest of my windows. Highly recommend!

Second, their communication throughout the entire process from the time we started to talk with them until well after the door was installed has been phoenominal.
