The installation crew was professional, clean, and very friendly. They worked through lunch in order to make sure that the job was completed in 1 day. Overall, Opal met expectations for our new door and window installation. While there were original delays for the install, that was not due to Opal, but simply Provia manufacturing. Once the crew arrived, work began quickly. There were some hiccups on the outside that Opal corrected such as nails not set in the brick molding. And we do not walk away from projects until our customers' needs and wants are met. I highly recommend Opal. A few years ago they completed several exterior projects on our home. The work was so impressive that neighbors asked us who did the work. They also stand by their work with a warranty. Recently I noticed an issue and they were helpful to send someone out to fix it. It's hard to find such quality work and companies who stand by their work.

We had a wonderful experience with Opal, they replaced all of our windows and front door that were original to our home built in 2002. The windows and door are beautiful, we couldn't be happier. The installation was a breeze and they were done with it all in a day and a half. So happy we were able to get it done before another winter and they were the most reasonably priced and we received several quotes. Would recommend Opal to anyone in the market for new windows!

Had a good experience overall replacing our hinged glass patio door with a sliding glass door. The salesman Jesse was very helpful with our requests to see different color options for the trim and faux wood finish. Very happy with the faux wood on the ProVia door, it looks like real wood (though I wish there had been a trim option that matched the faux wood a little closer). Installation team was quick and installed it well.
