Opal Windows and Jose did a fantastic job! The installation process was quick and efficient. A couple of my windows had minor issues post-installation, but Jack (the Project Manager) and Jose responded promptly to diagnose and fix them. Turns out, it was just some settling, and a quick heat gun adjustment did the trick. Great service, great team—I’ll definitely be going with Opal again when I update the rest of my windows. Highly recommend!
They came exactly when they were scheduled each phase of service. The sales person spent time answering all my questions without rushing. Installers were timely and left the house very clean.
