What a treasure you and your home has been to us. In 2022, 2023 and now in 2024 you have worked with Opal Enterprises to replace over 25 windows in your home with new Kolbe Forgent fiberglass (All Glastra) windows! You came to work with Opal windows in 2022 from a referral to us from a cherished customer and now 3 years later you have all new windows and we have a lot to be thankful and grateful for. David, we appreciate you as our customer. When you signed off on your project completion you rated us very highly, but we understand internal feelings that still resided. We caught that we did in fact miss the grids for your windows on your initial order. The contract that you signed with us was also missing the grid details. Had we all caught this upon contract signing time, your contract would have been nearly $1000 more. But we acknowledged our mistake of missing the grids and Opal covered $691.00 and all we asked for your covering was an additional $300. (if we had our contract correct from the beginning your price would have indeed been $991 more) In remodeling, mistakes on ordering can and do happen from time to time, but we are a company that acknowledges our mistakes and we work hard to make things correct. We had our business manager call you and speak with voice about our sorrow in the mistake. Thank you for being our customer David, while we are sorry for the 2 star review (and maybe not a 3 or 4 star review) we understand remodeling can be frustrating if you do not have the right remodeling partner. Your windows are beautiful and are covered with our lifetime labor warranty so please reach out if you ever need us!
