I had 5 windows replaced using Opal. The original visit from the salesman went very well and sold me on being able to replace the windows as is but with a much higher quality product. He spec’s out the windows and I signed the contract on the same day Later another manager visited to verify measurements and ensure that the project would go smoothly. During installation, I noted that the windows didn’t match the others style as it didn’t include the grids. Nothing was said by the installers.... Read more

I just had a couple windows replaced with Opal and it was an overall great experience. The salesperson Zac was on time, extremely helpful and patient with our questions. The company communication was excellent throughout and on install day the workers were on time, friendly and did an excellent job. Thanks again!

We have had many windows installed by opal. The windows are good quality and the service provided was courteous, competent byand prompt. Just one problem that would have made it perfect. Opal did not ask us but told us the day that they were coming and although we made it work it was a difficult thing to do. A phone call would have been much better than an email.
