We sent our project consultant Jace to your home to learn about your project's needs and a choice was made together. Once a window choice was made, the Opal team went to work on building your project and assigning the right crew to perform the installation. We have had many windows installed by opal. The windows are good quality and the service provided was courteous, competent byand prompt. Just one problem that would have made it perfect. Opal did not ask us but told us the day that they were coming and although we made it work it was a difficult thing to do. A phone call would have been much better than an email.

We had Opal side our house with Hardie board and they did an excellent job. All of the workers were very personable and even today Jose came to do some small items that Opal found after our yearly inspection. He was a pleasure to work with.
