We are so happy with our windows from Opal! The entire experience was wonderful. From the initial meeting with Eli to the installation everything went smoothly. Every aspect was explained to us and if we had additional questions they were always happy to answer. The installation team was timely and very professional! Great first visit where Opal helped determine the right sliding door for our needs. Excellent communication through the entire process.
We ordered in September, but had to wait until January for the door to be manufactured. No worries, Opal kept us updated regularly, and when they had an open installation date a few days before the one that was originally estimated/scheduled, they called to let us know, then installed it early — much welcomed considering it was the middle of January.
