Opal helped us in adding 5 picture windows to our family room. The sales team was very helpful in giving us options that fit our budget. Although the manufacturing of the windows took a bit longer than expected, but the installation was seamless. Their installers are very professional and took care of the whole project in just two days. And the results is amazing!!!
Professional service start to finish. Sales rep (Jesse) was helpful with tips and recommendations but not pushy. Knew we were shopping and not yet ready to buy so gave us time with no pressure to "buy now". When we were ready he continued to give advice and tips on how to control the total cost of the project.
