Had special order windows and 8 ft patio door replaced for my condo. They were very assistive in getting my windows measured twice as well as meeting my HOA's replacement requirements and getting the order placed. They were very communicative about delays due to covid and supply chain issues. Crew who installed were professional and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I am on the second floor, they were able to get all windows in without issue.

We first used Opal back in 2018 and were very pleased with the quality of the product and professionalism of the staff that we used them again in 2022. We updated our front door, which is gorgeous, we replaced the back door and 3 windows in our kitchen.

I do not recommend using this company. I ordered a patio door from them. When the door finally arrived well after its delivery date, it had a large crack in it and another piece was missing. Unfortunately, the crack was in a place where it wasn’t discovered until after my contractor had removed my old patio door. While I had a hole in my house that had to be boarded up until a new door was delivered, the Opal sales rep refused to assist in getting a replacement. She claimed that I had to go... Read more

Great experience from start to finish on the installation of Hardie siding. Opal does a great job of communicating what to expect during the process. Irving was excellent at answering all of our questions and helped make decisions. During the project, Jack updated us daily on the progress. The crews worked really hard, were respectful of the property and were very focused on getting the project completed. Thanks!
