Mark, you and your St. Charles project is and was very important to us. Opal Enterprises does not promise perfect, but we do promise to be there when things don't go exactly how we plan it or want it. We do feel we worked hard to address things brought up to us; namely the delivery of the porta potty (we use a third party vendor for this) and we do let our customers know prior to the job starting that patience is needed with this portion of the project because we do ask for correct delivery and pick up days/times but often we are at the mercy of our vendor) Here is how we worked to accommodate this concern: - Free porta potty due to a scheduling delay - An additional $180 credit for porta potty not arriving and crew using the home's bathroom - Made special arrangement to pick up job start payment due to the customer's schedule - Changed admin rep to work on more of a communication match - Rearranged our schedule for phase 2. It was scheduled for Monday August 5th but we moved it to Tuesday August 6th to work with your schedule. We did have our admin and business manager speak with voice to you to work with your needs. We think your home turned out gorgeous with new siding and new windows! We also feel you were a wonderful customer to work with and we are very sorry that in the end you feel there were some project concerns. We will be there for you should you have any future concerns and we thank you for your trust and business!
