The sales rep was excellent and had knowledge of all the products. We had them come out for for siding and expected a siding guy. We ended up going with a new storm and front door. The work crew was respectful and done with the install in 2 hours.
We spent weeks trying to find the right people that we felt we could trust to not only replace the entire door frame, but also help with us with some much needed masonry work below it; opal met and exceeded at that. Opal replaced my old old windows. I was initially pleased with the price and guidance provided by the salesman compared to other competitors. The communication with Opal leading to the project excellent and very informative. The team arrived as scheduled and worked very professionally. I plan to work with them again on future projects.
