Here are a few offerings on your valid points! 1) We did have some crew members fall ill with some going-around germs, typically we do have full crews installing. I think the illnesses could have been better communicated to your family so that you were in the know. 2) Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with the timing of specific installation elements. There are so many moving parts on projects and while we do wish homeowners could be home the entire span of the project, we certianly understand and want to work with schedules. 3) Yes we did make a color ordering mistake! As soon as we learned we did offer to get the correct color replaced right away. We did offer a monetary credit to you to keep the white colors and we are so pleased that you actually like the way the color scheme turned out!! We agree it looks amazing. 4) Thank you so much for your patience, this need was completed on 3-5-24 5) We know that porta pottys and dumpsters are an eyesore and a necessity on siding projects. As much as we try to disclaim to our customers that these items are delivered and picked up by vendors that we work with and they their schedules do not always align with ours. We did request pick ups as soon as your lovely job was completed and we have word that today (3-6-24) is pick up day! We cannot thank you enough for your business, trust, review and partnership.
