Opal was professional from the initial project discussion through installation. I especially appreciated the no pressure and transparent estimate process. Significant time was spent discussing our wish list, reviewing options, and separating our full wish list into 2 groupings. We ended up limiting the project to 2 bay windows and front door replacement. The cost estimate came in a little under my initial expectations and we felt great about the materials and quality of the install crew.

Opal Enterprises is simply the best. Fair price, superior work, and people who are professional. We had a medical emergency and had to reschedule our installation. This was a very cool project using Andersen 400-series windows in your commerical building in Lyons. Our customers are our life-line and when we learned that your family had an emergency, we only wanted you all to be okay, windows can be installed year-round so we wanted to work around your sensitive needs. When you called us to let us know about your window project in July 2023, you told us that aside from price, quality products was important to you, we were pleased that the Andersen product was a fit!
