Opal installed Jamies Hardie siding and several Anderson replacement windows on my house last summer. I also had Opal handle a roof issue that I had. I selected Opal because they are a James Hardie preferred installer, and their sales approach and responsiveness was superior to the other contractors I called. Excellent communication from day 1 and follow-ups. Sales explanation and options were clear, quotes and agreement very easy. Everything handled electronically which was a good advantage. We worked with the team at Opal to replace our french door with a Kolbe sliding door. We had worked with Eli (sales consultant) and Jacek (project manager) on a previous project and had great experiences for both. Voytek and his crew were great to work with and installed the door in less than 2 hours. They were also able to repair some rotted window trim on a different window the same day as well. We were very happy with the product and work and will consider Opal for future projects.
