We considered many different providers for our Andersen E-Series windows, but we kept coming back to Charles at Opel for his and Opel's determination to make us happy and put us at ease in doing business with them. Multiple visits with numerous samples, thoroughly walking us through the numbers, and the installation process. Then going above and beyond in the installation and post-delivery follow-up. They will strive to make and keep you happy.
Opal had a great selection and worked with me to find a beautiful door within my budget. When the door arrives from the manufacturer and they unpackaged it, they noticed some defects and told me. We had the issue corrected before they installed it and I am very grateful for their integrity.
