The first time I met with Charles (the sales rep) was when he came out to my place for the initial walkthrough. He was knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions and did so with patience and humility. I am surprised by all of these great reviews I see for this company. I wish we had the same experience. To start, they did not show up for the measuring appointment. We were told they were running late and we lived too far away ( St. Charles) and that it was getting too dark. In my past experience with doors and windows- they were measured from the inside so this was just an excuse. Had special order windows and 8 ft patio door replaced for my condo. They were very assistive in getting my windows measured twice as well as meeting my HOA's replacement requirements and getting the order placed. They were very communicative about delays due to covid and supply chain issues. Crew who installed were professional and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I am on the second floor, they were able to get all windows in without issue.
