Very poor experience. Do not recommend. We hired Opal to replace 20 windows in our home about 18 months ago. After a pleasant sales experience, things went south. Fast. I was looking to have my roof replaced, and ever since buying the home I have disliked the brick color and overall appearance of the home. Mike pointed out some soffit and fascia damage and suggested changing out the ugly old iron column to a stained cedar post and came up with a very cool stained beadboard soffit and black James Hardie Fascia design.
