Used Opal for my old house that was in need of some exterior upgrades. They re-did soffit, fascia, and replaced all the gutters (including adding guitar guards). There was also some siding work on the front. I could not be more impressed with everything. Starting with Charles, who worked with us from the start. The whole window project took about 16 months. It took them over 3 weeks to come out and measure after I paid the deposit. Some of the delay was due to COVID but they've missed appointments and communication was poor.. I told them I had three windows that weren't working properly and they finally came out 5/6 months later to investigate.
