From start to finish Working with Opal to get a new front door replaced was an easy stress free experience. Working with Irving to pick out a door and get everything set up and scheduled was great. Once the install date came around Jack the project manager and his guys got the job done quick and efficiently and left the worksite clean and tidy. I would recommend Opal to anyone looking for great quality and professional home improvement needs.

The first time I met with Charles (the sales rep) was when he came out to my place for the initial walkthrough. He was knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions and did so with patience and humility. I am surprised by all of these great reviews I see for this company. I wish we had the same experience. To start, they did not show up for the measuring appointment. We were told they were running late and we lived too far away ( St. Charles) and that it was getting too dark. In my past experience with doors and windows- they were measured from the inside so this was just an excuse. Dear Robyn, We are having an immediate team meeting about your review. We did not mean to make you unhappy and we fully want to make things correct for you. Your project, your home and you are super important to us as a whole. Working with post-covid delays and understaffed manufactures has been a bit of a nightmare for everyone. We do aim to communicate all delays and reschedules as soon as we can. It takes so much time and energy to get our crews up to the exact standards that we have...and this crew that was on your home has sadly been fired. I will speak to Ty and Jack about your claims on non-answering. To be fair we have been trying to work with your scehdule since you let us know you are a teacher and wanted a lot of this work saved to the summer months. Please allow me to continue speaking to my team and we will call you with a proposal for resolution. -Owner Opal Enterprises Update 7-5-22 Opal has offered the customer complimentary painting to correct the aesthetic unhappiness. We never walk away from a project until the customer is happy.

Had special order windows and 8 ft patio door replaced for my condo. They were very assistive in getting my windows measured twice as well as meeting my HOA's replacement requirements and getting the order placed. They were very communicative about delays due to covid and supply chain issues. Crew who installed were professional and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I am on the second floor, they were able to get all windows in without issue.

We first used Opal back in 2018 and were very pleased with the quality of the product and professionalism of the staff that we used them again in 2022. We updated our front door, which is gorgeous, we replaced the back door and 3 windows in our kitchen.
