Gus, we are so thankful that you found Opal because you were referred to us by a neighbor of yours. When you called us in June of 2021, you let us know that your home had original windows from 2001 and that they were failing you with cracks, rot, and the glass was foggy between the panes. We always get excited when we get to replace vinyl windows with new Kolbe Glastra Fiberglass windows (they are a favorite of ours to install). Kerry and family, I am sorry to read your review on Google and not have been communicated to our project managers by you or to anyone in our office. I have had a meeting with my team and will call you directly. We are sad to see a 2-star review because we installed exactly what was in your contract. When I contact you I will speak to what we can make right regarding the product. In regards to times, the world we now live in makes it VERY hard to run business in our normal way. We struggle with factories and towns/villages/cities not making their delivery or inspection schedules clear to us so that we can accurately pass that info on to you. We work very hard to minimize stress for our homeowners and while I as the owner can correct or make as right as possible, contract selections...unfortunately manufactures and government agency timelines are way out of our control and we are all in this new world together. We value you as our customer and hope to meet your expectations as we offer a lifetime labor warranty on all windows and doors that we install. Your new doors are absolutely gorgeous and we hope to get to the bottom of the product mishap together!
