I do NOT recommend Opal nor its manufacturer Provia. I’ve had numerous delays, appt cancellations, reschedules, damaged items/parts, & botched repair jobs for the past 11mos. Opal aggressively markets via mailers/flyers every week. I ordered my $7800 custom steel front door w/ sidelight & transom last July & it was installed in Sept. I got three quotes to replace my two year old Home Depot MP patio door (caution - do not buy MP doors, cracked and lock froze and wouldn’t lock first year and broke second year) and front door. Opal was the most competitive price. My experience with them from quote stage to installation was excellent. Great warranty on products and labor. I highly recommend.
