Upfront communication is excellent. Once you get to installation it’s a completely different story. They do good work but be prepared for your project to continuously be delayed with little to no advanced notice.

Sometimes it can be hard to appreciate the difference between a job well done that included unexpected misery and stress and a job done poorly. But while our siding job ran into underlying problems and consequently dragged on for months, those were not issues over which Opal had any control; they were inconvenienced too. The end result looks great and we are grateful for the careful, attentive efforts of our installers -- truly appreciate their hard work under challenging circumstances!
