My Opal windows and sliding glass doors were installed yesterday. Every step of the process was great. The sales professional (Igor) was able to answer all of my questions about the install process and helped me identify the real issues with existing windows, the project manager (Jack) was thorough and thoughtful with his approach, and the install team (Mirek) was timely, clean, and professional. When you called Opal Enterprises on July 21, 2021 you let us know that this was a new home to you and that the original 1997 vinyl windows and patio door were not providing comfort since there were air drafts.
