On July 22 when you called our Des Plaines office and spoke with Becky, you let us know you had an entry and a back door that needed upgrading. Your home was built in 1963 and these doors were original to the home and drafty. When we asked you what was the most important quality in a contractor (aside from price) you let us know then, and now through your review, that workmanship was key!
