Opal workers are craftsmen. They replaced two windows this week. One large bay window was bid to include replacing and rebuilding the hip roof above it. While putting in the window, the foreman realized that the roof overhang did not actually need to be replaced. The company is refunding us for the unused material and labor. That is the sign of an excellent company.

We required the replacement windows match the existing windows including the etched V-groove lights. The entire experience from estimating to scheduling to installation was wonderful.
