Opal just installed our new ProVia front door. A few years ago, I had someone else install sliders and it was a complete customer support nightmare. Opal Enterprises was the opposite. Great ‘Opal’ experience. Replaced windows in three phases…upstairs, main floor back, and then main floor front. From Jesse, Project Consultant; to Jack, Project Manager; to working with two Installation Teams; and finishing with paint touchups by Jose…extremely happy with our newly installed Kolbe Windows and ProVia Door.

I had 5 windows replaced using Opal. The original visit from the salesman went very well and sold me on being able to replace the windows as is but with a much higher quality product. He spec’s out the windows and I signed the contract on the same day Later another manager visited to verify measurements and ensure that the project would go smoothly. During installation, I noted that the windows didn’t match the others style as it didn’t include the grids. Nothing was said by the installers.... Read more

I just had a couple windows replaced with Opal and it was an overall great experience. The salesperson Zac was on time, extremely helpful and patient with our questions. The company communication was excellent throughout and on install day the workers were on time, friendly and did an excellent job. Thanks again!
