I got three quotes to replace my two year old Home Depot MP patio door (caution - do not buy MP doors, cracked and lock froze and wouldn’t lock first year and broke second year) and front door. Excellent Job from start to finish by OPAL folks. Initial consultation by Joe was stress and pressure free. He gave us the right suggestions clearly explained entire process of getting our doors replaced. The very next day we received a note from Ty their Admin who informed us again of whole process and kept us informed of the progress of our order. Greatest experience ever! We have used Opal before and loved our first experience but WOW the second time was even better. Our Sales Rep Jessie was amazing and patient with us while we chose the right windows and siding for our budget.
